Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned PowerPlan Application Analyst with a strong background in enterprise applications such as SAP or EAM. This position is 100% onsite and focuses on supporting and enhancing PowerPlan solutions for capital projects, capital budgets, fixed asset accounting, and business tax software.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing, supporting, or optimizing PowerPlan products, combined with deep technical skills in SQL, PowerBuilder, and .NET. Youll collaborate closely with internal teams to drive continuous improvement in business-critical systems and ensure seamless integration with enterprise platforms like SAP.
Key Responsibilities

Gain and maintain a strong understanding of how PowerPlan applications solve key business challenges.

Develop expertise in 12 PowerPlan modules; support and optimize functionality for enterprise users.

Provide day-to-day support for PowerPlan applications and integrations with SAP and other ERP/EAM systems.

Develop and maintain technical proficiency in SQL, PowerBuilder, .NET, and related tools (C, ABAP, etc.).

Work closely with finance, IT, and operations teams to ensure accurate and compliant data across capital projects, budgets, and asset management.

Contribute to system design, testing, and implementation for PowerPlan enhancements and new deployments.

Participate in operational initiatives and provide input to improve performance, process efficiency, and end-user experience.

Demonstrate a strong team attitude, communication skills, and proactive problem-solving mindset.
Must Have Qualifications
8+ years of experience managing and supporting enterprise-level financial or ERP applications.

Hands-on experience with PowerPlan softwareimplementation, configuration, or support.

Deep understanding of capital projects, capital budgets, fixed asset accounting, or business tax software.

Proven experience with ERP or EAM systems, including SAP.

Strong proficiency in SQL, PowerBuilder, and .NET; familiarity with C or ABAP is a plus.

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.

Prior experience supporting regulated industries such as energy, utilities, or telecommunications.

Exposure to large-scale system integrations and enterprise application modernization projects.

Excellent communication skills for collaborating with both technical and business stakeholders.
